Beecele charges a platform commission to bring value to your business and community.

• Marketing and advertising: Beecele app helps to put your business in front of new customers every day. We help you to create a new standard for the restaurant and offer a new customer experience with more options to choose from.

• Customer service and support for consumers and merchants:Customers and business owners all have unique needs that often need addressing immediately. We are here to help you.

• Technology platform costs: It takes a worldwide engineering, coding, and marketing team to keep the Beecele app, website and our Merchant app running.

• Credit card processing fees: Beecele marketplace offers include credit card processing, so you have less to worry about. Platform commission covers all the credit card processing fees.

Beecele does not charge an activation fee, subscription fee, software fee, cancelation fee, contract fee, or any hidden fees. However, certain fees may be applicable for additional services, such as:

• Payout processing fee: We do payout to merchants two times per week, Monday and Thursday, as standard payout days. When processing a payout, we charge 0.25% + A$0.25 per payout. You can send us a special request for payouts on any day.

• Merchant account fee: We charge A$2 + tax for monthly active account fee to maintain your merchant account with our payment processing partner. If there is A$0 revenue on your merchant account, we will pay the A$2 + tax monthly account active fee for you.
